How do I book?
Once we receive the form, we will send a list of enhancements that you may choose from.
Fill out a reservation form:
Once you have selected your preferred enhancements, we will call or text to confirm all of the details with you.
Select additional preferences:
Finalize details, pay a $100 retainer to secure your preferred date and time, blocking others from booking the same slot.
Submit a retainer fee:
Prepare for your reservation by paying the remaining balance within seven days. On picnic day, arrive on time and enjoy!

How do I secure a reservation?
Secure a reservation with a 50% nonrefundable retainer fee. Pay the remaining 50% within seven days of your reservation time.
What if there is bad weather the day of my picnic?
In case of bad weather, suggest an indoor location at the time of booking or reschedule within three months.
What if I need to cancel?
Reschedule up to 24 hours before your picnic, within three months. Retainer fee is nonrefundable if unable to reschedule.
