How do I ensure my reservation is held?
In order to hold a reservation, a 50% non refundable retainer fee must be paid. The remaining 50% is due within 48 hours of your reservation time.
What if there is inclement weather the day of my picnic?
If inclement weather is predicted to occur during your reservation, there is an option to provide an alternate indoor location to have your picnic or you may reschedule within three months.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
If for any reason you are unable to make your reservation time, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled picnic time. You must reschedule within three months. If you are unable to reschedule please know that the retainer fee is nonrefundable.

Select Additional Preferences:
Once you have selected your preferences PVPC will confirm all of the details with you.
Pay a retainer fee & sign the contract:
Once you are satisfied with everything, you will be prompted to pay a 50% retainer fee and to sign the client contract.
Prepare for your celebration:
48 hours before the picnic you will pay the remaining balance of our retainer fee. All that's left to do then is show up and enjoy!
