Duration: The consultation call typically lasts 30 minutes, providing ample time for a detailed discussion and exchange of ideas. Cancellation Policy

Weather Policy: Florida's weather has a mind of its own- unfortunately, we are not able to control the weather, if we could we would ensure perfect picnic weather for everyone! With that being said, we monitor the weather leading up to the reservation and will communicate with our clients. In the case of strong winds or rain, we will not be able to set up outside. To ensure a seamless experience please be sure to provide an alternate indoor location at the time of setting up the reservation as an alternative reservation location. If this is not an option for the client they may opt to receive a 50% refund, receive a gift certificate of the full picnic amount (minus preordered food costs), or reschedule for another day.
