Our initial consultation consists of me getting to know you and your hubby. I'll ask questions about your vision for your big day and assess where you will need assistance. Then we go to the drawing board!
As your wedding coordinator, I wan't to help you have the most memorable day! That is why I carefully reccomend vendors that I feel will suit your needs.
Once you have selected and booked your vendors I will take charge as their main point of contact, confirm and manage contracts, and ensure that they are aligned with the wedding timeline and plans. One week before your big day I will follow up with the vendors and provide them with a day-of timeline. On the day-of, I will coordinate with the vendors to ensure a smooth-sailing day.
I will work with you to create a detailed timeline of your entire wedding day incorporating your existing plans and filling in any gaps to ensure a smooth flow for the day.
I will visit the reception and ceremony locations so that I can assist you with seating charts and floor plans for the ceremony and reception.
The day prior to the wedding, I will assist and lead the wedding rehearsal, guiding the wedding party through the ceremony processional and recessional.
As your coordiator, I will oversee the coordination of the ceremony, ensuring that all participants are in the right place at the right time and that the ceremony runs smoothly.
I will manage the reception, including coordinating the grand entrance, speeches, toasts, dances and other planned activities. I will on site for a total of 8 hours.
Navigating the options for wedding design can be extremely overwhelming. Together, we can discuss the vision for your wedding design and narrow down your options.
We will plan for monthly meetings via zoom, facetime or phone call and weekly check-in's via text or email until the day of the wedding. The week leading up to the wedding we will have unlimited communications.
